PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic mat for inclining a pillow which is capable of freely changing the inclination of a sleeping pillow. SOLUTION: Plural sheets of ribs 2 consisting of soft material sheets for regulating an expanded form of the side surface of the pneumatic mat 1 are fixed to the inside of the mat 1 formed of an airtight soft material and shaped into an airtight square bag. Furthermore, a small diameter tube 3 for injecting and discharging air is fixed to the optional position of the mat 1 and the other end of the tube 3 is connected to a motor-driven pneumatic pump 4.
