PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a food or sweet squeezing device that can squeezing food or sweet materials, for example, Chakin Shibori (sweets squeezed in tea napkin) by means of the mechanical and/or electric tools or devices but not by hand. SOLUTION: The objective device is provided with a forming cloth bag 4 into which food materials or sweet materials are charged from the top edge opening and a closing device 5 that partially closes the forming cloth bag so that the place for the materials is divided. Forming molds 61 and 62 are set under the closing device 5 to mold the material in a shape via the forming bag 4, while a mold-pushing up press 7 is provided so that it may push up the molds 61, 62 from the lower side via the forming bag 4.
