PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an extremely efficient and uniform spraying of a liquid, for example, agrochemical solution to plants and culture medium. SOLUTION: This liquid-spraying unit is equipped with a grooved culturing bed 1, a trestle table 2 that arranges the culture medium 6 received inside the culture bed 1 at a prescribed height apart from the ground, a nozzle 3 that is arranged so that it may be insulated from the culture medium 6 in the culture bed 1 and a high-voltage power source 5 that applies high electric voltage between the nozzle 3 and the culture medium 6. The culture medium 6 received in the culture bed 1 is insulated from the ground, the insulated culture medium 6 is connected to the high-voltage power source 5 and the culture medium is electrically charged at a high voltage against the nozzle 3. The mist sprayed from the nozzle 3 is statically adsorbed to the culture medium 6 and the plants planted to the medium.
