PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material delivery control device of a vertical forming bag-making and filling packaging machine which can precisely deliver even a plain packaging material regardless of an intermittent or continuous packaging so that a bag making length can be surely maintained at a normal length. SOLUTION: The packaging material delivery control device of a vertical bag-making and filling packaging machine includes a slippage integrating unit 64 which calculates and integrates the deviation between a calculated delivery length (Le) of a packaging material calculated based on the drive of a delivery belt and an actual delivery length La of the packaging material during one packaging cycle, a demand correction calculating unit 66 which calculates a demand correction CL based on the difference between an integrated slippage value Is from the unit 64 and a corrected integrated slippage I's corresponding to the correction made up to the present, a converting unit 72 which converts the correction CL to a controlled variableΔD for a drive command DM of a servomotor, and an addition unit 78 which adds the variableΔD to the command DM for correction.
