PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device which improves the power consumption of a drive circuit, and makes the withstand voltage of a transistor low.SOLUTION: A comparator 221 compares a voltage of a signal Vin decreased by a voltage Vwith a voltage Out2 at an output terminal N3, and outputs a signal Gt1 which indicates the comparison result. A comparator 222 compares the voltage of the signal Vin increased by a voltage Vwith the voltage Out2, and outputs a signal Gt2 which indicates the comparison result. Transistors 231a and 232a are electrically inserted in series between voltages Vand Gnd, and transistors 231b and 232b are electrically inserted in series between voltages Vand Vd. A selector 280 selects the transistors 231a and 232a or the transistors 231b and 232b according to data dA, and the selected transistors output a drive signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
