PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coated metal plate which is excellent in slidability and provides a coated plate formed by applying a coating material onto the resin coated metal, the coated plate being excellent in salt water resistance and adhesion between the coated film and the resin film.SOLUTION: The resin coated metal plate of the present invention is a resin coated metal plate in which a resin film containing colloidal silica and a resin component is laminated on at least one surface of the metal plate, and the resin coated metal plate is characterized in that a content of the colloidal silica is 30-80 pts.mass and a content of the colloidal silica having a particle diameter of less than 10 nm exceeds 15 pts.mass in 100 pts.mass of total of the colloidal silica and the resin component, and an amount of sodium to be eluted when the resin coated metal plate is immersed in deionized water at 100°C for 10 minutes is 4 mg/mor less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
