PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a UV irradiation device which is capable of exactly and easily managing the UV irradiation device, a disk for management and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A disk substrate 21 having the constitution similar to the constitution of the disk substrate for an optical disk is colored by UV light reactive coloring ink, by which the disk 20 for management for the purpose of the UV irradiation device for manufacturing the optical disk is constituted.
