FIELD: pipes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport and can be used for trenchless replacement of pipelines. Device for trenchless replacement of pipelines consists of a cutter mechanism with disc knives, expander and pilot lever-hinged automated mechanism (PLHAM). PLHAM comprises two upper and two lower hinged levers with two tube plates and is equipped with hydraulic cylinders with electronic software. PLHAM operates as a single mechanism-"walking", fixing and distributing static force in replaceable pipe, pulling cutting mechanism with knives, the expander and a new pipe.EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and manoeuvrability of device operation, including during replacement of pipelines at sections with turns, as well as in drain tunnels.4 cl, 7 dwg |
