PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide withstand pull-out load verification apparatus capable of verifying the withstand load of an embedded element embedded in the ceiling of an elevator machine room or the wall of an elevator shaft. SOLUTION: A pull-out force applying member 5 connected to the embedded element 2 is provided to be movable relative to a frame 3 having leg portions 3C and 3D abutting against the ceiling 1 in which the embedded element 2 is embedded. A hydraulic jack 4 is provided which imposes pull-pit force on the embedded element 2 via the pull-out force applying member 5. A determining means 6 for determining whether or not a withstand pull-out force is allowable comprises a microswitch 6A attached to the frame 3 and a dog member 6C provided on the pull-out force applying member 5.
