PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive and highly specific agglutination immunological measurement method by use of a carrier having low turbidity in an agglutination immunological measurement using an insoluble carrier. SOLUTION: This agglutination reagent is characterized by preparing a substance forming a coupling pair with a substance to be detected in a sample as an aqueous emulsified matter containing a fluoroorganic compound. The substance to be detected can be measured with high sensitivity by an agglutination using this reagent.
