PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological analytic method for protein and peptide which requires no separation and washing (B/F separation) of an unreacted matter in the immunological analysis of a polymeric substance to be analyzed. SOLUTION: In this immunological analytic method for protein and peptide, a decomposed fragment generated by decomposing and fragmenting the polymeric substance to be analyzed is used as a marker, thereby, the B/F separation is dispensed with.
