PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a plastic fuel tank having a reinforcing connection melting part in a vehicle is provided to prevent deformation by restricting notch in the connection melting part, and to improve impact resistance by preventing breakage at a collision. CONSTITUTION: A plastic fuel tank is composed of two connection melting parts(13) having a middle melting part(14) and a notch preventive melting part(15), a blow cap closing holes blow-molded, a filler neck nipple, an air breather nipple, an evaporator nipple assembling part, an exhaust pipe, a fuel gauge assembling part, and holes preventing gathering of rainwater. The plastic fuel tank of the vehicle is manufactured with blow-molding parison by molds including connection melting forming parts. Connection forming parts have middle melting forming parts and notch preventive forming parts. Deformation is prevented, and impact resistance is improved with forming the notch preventive melting part.
