PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a material for incense to a temperature appropriate to the material for incense for sufficiently drawing out incense as there are a large number of types of materials for incense and to speedily draw out incense from a material for incense and maintain it according to the time and place. SOLUTION: This incense burner is provided with an incense part in which a material for incense is placed at a main body made of a heat-resistant member and comprises a heating part to heat the incense part from below. The incense part is provided with an incense material housing member different in length from the incense part. By replacing the incense material housing member according to the type of the material for incense and changing the distance between the heating part and the incense material housing member, it is possible to adjust temperature to be added to the material for incense and to draw to the incense of the material for incense sufficiently.
