PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a periodic communication remote maintenance system capable of efficiently grasping a maintenance situation. SOLUTION: A communication schedule control part 12 performs execution management of remote maintenance communication with a facsimile equipment 4, a FAX communication control part 13 controls the remote maintenance communication with the equipment 4, and a maintenance information control part 14 manages emergency abnormality information and prevention maintenance information and performs registration control of the remote maintenance communication with the equipment 4. A FAX data edition processing part 15 processes FAX data editing, a FAX information setting processing part 16 sets FAX information, and a system information setting processing part 17 performs information setting of a system. A periodic communication time setting processing part 18 sets registration processing about a schedule by which the remote maintenance communication is started from a center PC 1. A periodic communication time management processing part 19 stores and manages periodic communication time.
