PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining (manufacturing) technology of a thin diameter sintered diamond tool. SOLUTION: This method is used for machining a sintered diamond material to a tool by grinding the material using a grinding wheel for grinding diamond. This method comprises steps of abutting the grinding wheel for grinding diamond on the sintering diamond material, rotating the grinding wheel for grinding diamond, rotating the sintered diamond material, and operating ultrasonic tensional oscillation to the grinding wheel for grinding diamond.
