PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for recycling volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated at a gas station into a facility for storing oil through an oil transport vehicle. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is composed of the following parts: a suction blower (91); a recycling pipe (83); a first (92), a second (93) and a third absorption tower (94) equipped parallel with each other and with rupture discs respectively; pumps (96, 99 and 100) for an absorbent; a cooler (97) for the absorbent; and a storing tank (101) for the absorbent. The absorbent flows through the third (94), the second (93) and the first absorption tower (92) orderly.
