PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device which uses a high efficient power amplifier by optimizing the bias of the power amplifier at any time corresponding to saturated electric power and transmission electric power needed for the power amplifier in a transmitter. SOLUTION: This power amplifier controls its bias to an optimum value at any time corresponding to the saturated electric power and output electric power needed for the power amplifier.
