PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple device to melt ice sticking to a car wind shield. SOLUTION: Heaters 5 and 6 attached on a support 3 made of an insulator. A reflector plate 4 is placed inside the support 3. A power cable and a plug 1 to receive electricity are built through the support 3 made of an insulator and the heater is energized by connecting to the power source of a cigarette lighter.
