PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise freedom in assembly process for improved maintenance characteristics. SOLUTION: A shield case 30 is fitted to a motor case 81 in advance. The other end of a bus bar 50 whose connection part 50a at one end is connected to a stator terminal 82 protrudes into the shield case 30, so that a connection part 50B faces above a terminal stage 60. A terminal bracket 15 at the end of a motor cable 10 is inserted through an insert part 31, and its connection part 16 is overlapped on the connection part 50B of the bus bar 50, which is fixed with a bolt 77. A shied shell 21 is elastically inserted in a contact 33 which is attached inside the insert part 31, with a water-proof rubber plug 25 tightly inserted in an inlet of the insert part 31. Lastly, an opening 30A on the upper surface of the shield case 30 is closed with a cover.
