PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start the ramming at the same time when ramming a filled layer which is filled to different height in a plurality of cavities. SOLUTION: The ramming device comprises a loading table loading a forming die 50 in which the powder and grain containing the binder is filled in each of a plurality of cavities, and ramming plates 49a, 49b, 49c which generate the vertical vibration in a plate body 38 which is elevated/lowered in an attaching/detaching manner to/from the filled layer with the powder and grain filled in each cavity, is fitted to the other end of piston rods of cylinders 44a, 44b, 44c fixed to the surface of the plate body on the forming die side, and transmits the vibration to the filled layer in each cavity of the forming die to form a rammed portion to form a predetermined shape, plate body side division chambers 51a, 51b, 51c of the cylinders divided by the piston and the forming die side division chamber 53a, 53b, 53c are kept in an airtight condition in a connected manner to each other, and the non-compressive fluid is filled in each of the plate body side division chambers.
