PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood drawing tube with high productivity capable of rapidly coagulating blood and preventing fibrin deposition into blood serum. SOLUTION: The blood drawing tube comprises a tubular member having one closed end and the other opened end and a member for air-tightly sealing the opening, and is depressed inside. An enzymatic blood coagulation promoter is held on the blocked-end-side inner wall surface of the tubular member, an inorganic blood coagulation promoter is held separately from the enzymatic blood coagulation promoter on the opened-end-side inner wall surface apart from the holding portion of the enzymatic blood coagulation promoter. More preferably, the enzymatic blood coagulation promoter is enzyme capable of hydrolyzing the bond between arginine and any amino-acid residue in a peptido chain and/or the bond between lysin and any amino-acid residue, and has 4-7 cm2 of medicine holding area and 1-30 IU/cm2 of holding density.
