PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utensil which can easily remove scorches parts even on curved surfaces of the inside of vessels, so that it can be very effective as an exclusive utensil for removing and washing heavily stuck scorches on the inside of stone vessels for Bibimba (one of Korean dishes) for example, and can provide very useful epoch-making utensil for removing scorches for Korean broiled meat restaurant business. SOLUTION: This utensil for removing scorches on the inside of vessels has some special features as follows: The edge plate 2 provided at the end of handle part 1 is formed having the bent edge plate 2A which lens somewhat upwards when the handle part is put horizontally in the length direction with the convex back side, and at the tip of this plate 2A the knife edge 2B for removing the scorches is provided.
