PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source adapter device in which the number of parts can be reduced by a down-sized and simple arrangement and accordingly in which any causes to destroy a circuit can be evaded. SOLUTION: An inlet 13 installed in an adapter body 11 has contacts 31a, 31b for AC to connect cable parts 55 for AC and has contacts 33a, 33b for DC to connect a cable part 65 for DC. The contacts 31a, 31b for AC and the contacts 33a, 33b for DC are installed at mutually different positions in the inlet 13.
