SOLUTION: This paper tube 16 is used for winding a wrapper such as synthetic fiber yarn, carbon fiber or film around the tube 16 and is constituted of a plurality of pieces of base paper and an adhesive. In addition, the base paper 4 constituting the lower layer of a surfacing paper 13 of the paper tube 16 has a plurality of through holes 7 and/or non-through holes formed per unit area.
