PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying device, accurately detecting when a filter is dead because of clogging while preventing the pressure rise on a high- pressure site. SOLUTION: In the water purifying device used so as to be directly connected to water service, a constant flow mechanism is installed in the middle of a water supply passage before the filter in the water purifying device, and pressure relief valves are installed in the middle of a water supply passage before the constant flow mechanism and in the middle of a water supply passage after the constant flow mechanism and before the filter.
