PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide buffer solution containing an antigen that can be stored stably by preventing the inactivation of an antigen in antigen standard solution for immunoassay. SOLUTION: Buffer solution containing an antigen is used, where salt in the buffer solution is made of halogenation alkali metal salt and/or other salts, the content of the halogenation alkali metal salt is 0-20 mmol/l per unit volume of the buffer solution.
