PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas meter, a gas consumption equipment and a gas leakage detecting system capable of early detection of gas leakage and which is highly reliable. SOLUTION: When the consumption state of a gas G is recognized by a controller 20 of the gas meter 10 to be in a state, in which operating states of gas implements 30, 40 and 50 are recognized by detecting a periodic pressure change generated at a pressure of the gas G, when operating the implements 30, 40 and 50 and the operations of all the implements are not recognized, it is decided that the gas consumption state at this time is caused by gas leakage. Since the consumption state of the gas G recognized at this time has a high possibility of a cause other than due to the operations of the implements 30, 40 and 50, reliability regarding sensing of the gas leakage can be improved.
