PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulking structure for a bolt capable of preventing a bolt head part from being dropped even when the bolt is ruptured after fastened, and easily replacing the bolt. SOLUTION: This caulking structure for the bolt comprises a flange part projecting to a lower part of the bolt head part, a countersunk hole formed on an upper part of a bolt hole for sinking the bolt head part and the flange part, and an annular groove formed on a side wall of the countersunk hole, and is further provided with a hole capable of inserting the bolt head part, on a bottom center, and an annular side wall part close to the side wall of the countersunk hole, on an outer periphery of the bottom, the annular side wall part has an outwardly projecting part, the bottom has a caulking fitting having a downwardly projecting curved cross section from the hole toward the annular side wall part, the caulking fitting is inserted into the bolt head part of the bolt inserted and fastened in the bolt hole, and the bottom is closely pressed to the flange part to fit the projecting part into the annular groove, whereby the bolt head part can be prevented from being dropped even when the bolt is ruptured, and the bolt can be easily replaced.
