SOLUTION: Iterative decoding of a turbo code by a MAP algorithm is performed by repeating such a loop, where a first decoder 2 and a first decoder 5 are connected through an interleaver 3, additional information B1 calculated by the decoder 2 is used by the decoder 5, and additional information B1 calculated by the decoder 5 is used by the decoder 2 a plurality of times, or the decoder 2 decodes a convolutional code by the MAP algorithm.
