PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a high frequency amplifier of a feedforward distortion compensation system. SOLUTION: Delay circuits 21 and 22 are composed of a circulator 31 and a flat delay filter 32. When one terminal of the flat delay filter is opened or short-circuited, delay time equivalent to the double delay time of the flat delay filter can be provided so that the delay circuit can be miniaturized.
