PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guide tube the operable fixed section of which can be easily attached and detached. SOLUTION: In the endoscope guide tube, the fixation between a scope fixture 50 and a connector at hand 13 is made in such way that an aperture 55 which engages with a pin 47 provided on the connector at hand 13 is provided on an arm 51 of the scope fixture 50, a notch section 56 which opens a part of the aperture 55 is provided and the scope fixture 50 can be attached and detached by attaching and removing the pin 47 through the notch section 55.
