PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooling concrete by which temperature of the concrete can be effectively decreased and generation of temperature cracking can be relaxed. SOLUTION: In the method for cooling the concrete, an inorganic material for generating an endothermic reaction during dissolution is mixed into the concrete and the concrete is cooled by the endothermic reaction when this inorganic material is dissolved.
