PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile-type foundation structure which can be constructed by simple construction work in a marine construction field or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of sleeves 1 are connected together by reinforcing members to build a frame structure 19 for superstructure work. Then, steel pipe piles 9 are inserted into the sleeves 1, and a gradual hardening material 10 such as mortar is injected into a gap between each sleeves 1 and each steel pipe pile 9, to thereby combine the former and the latter together. Further, the precast steel reinforced concrete top erection 50 incorporates therein the steel pipe piles and the frame structure 19 fixed thereto, which top erection is manufactured in a factory, on a land yard, or the like.
