PURPOSE: Counter-turn control structure of a fishing spinning reel is provided to freely adjust and change the rotating direction of a rotor according to the kinds of fish, and to smoothly control the counter-turn of the rotor. CONSTITUTION: In a conventional spinning reel comprised of a reel body(20) from which a rotating shaft(21) is protruded, a rotor(22) and a spool(23) fitted on the rotating shaft, and a handle(24) for rotating the shaft, a pipe shaped bush(12) is coupled to the rotating shaft, a bearing block(14) is coupled on the circumference of the bush, and a static ring(16) is coupled on the circumference of the bearing block. The static ring is formed with an inclined recess(15,15') at a position opposing to a bearing pin(13) of the bearing block. A rotating plate(19), having recesses opposing to the bearing pins and a U-shaped projection(18), is coupled with the bearing block. An eccentric shaft of a lever(9) rotatable coupled to the reel body is fitted in the U-shaped projection.
