PURPOSE: A temporary table for an assistant seat in a vehicle is provided to insert and withdraw the temporary table in an instrument panel and to conveniently move while a user is at table. CONSTITUTION: A temporary table for an assistant seat of a vehicle comprises a glove box formed on an instrument panel(1) of a front side of the assistant seat; a table plate(3) of a square flat shape inserted or withdrawn on an upper end of the glove box; a guide rail(4) horizontally installed on the instrument panel; a contact member(3a) established on a front end of the table plate; and a roller(5) attached on a front end portion of the guide rail to support the table plate. The temporary table is formed by pulling the table plate after opening a glove box rid(2) to conveniently set the table. The roller supports the table plate and rotates in contacting with a floor face of the table plate to smoothly withdraw the table plate. Moreover, the contact member safely holds the position of the table plate. Thereby, the temporary table for an assistant seat is conveniently withdrawn or inserted to the instrument panel.
