SOLUTION: This TIG welding material for the austenitic heat resisting steel which is excellent in the creep strength at a high temperature, the post- aging toughness and the weldability contains, by mass %, 0.01 to 0.07% C, 0.1 to 1.0% Si, 0.5 to 1.5% Mn, <=0.01% P, <=0.005% S, 14.0 to 21.0% Cr, 10.0 to 20.0% Ni, <=0.5% Mo, 1.5 to 4.0% W, 0.1 to 0.6% Nb, 0.3 to 0.8% V, <=0.04% Al, 0.07 to 0.25% N or further contains 0.1 to 2.0% Cu, consists of the balance iron and inevitable impurities and is further 0.70 to 1.30 in the ratio of the Cr equivalent and Ni equivalent obtainable by the prescribed formula.
