PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to accurately control fertilizer efficiency even in case of using an inexpensive fertilizing efficiency-control type fertilizer. SOLUTION: This fertilizing tool 10 is installed with a liquid passage for allowing a liquid to go in and out on the surrounding wall and a sprinkling means 12 having a sprinkle nozzle 12a capable of spraying water toward a fertilizer of fertilizing efficiency control type filled in a holder 11 and even around the periphery of the holder 11. Thus, damages by the fertilizer caused by remaining of excess fertilizing ingredients in a medium for a long time are prevented and the fertilizer of fertilizing efficiency-control type is used without wasting, and the amount of the fertilizer is made less than that of a conventional fertilizer. Thus, the ideal control of fertilizing efficiency is possible without using an expensive fertilizer as the fertilizing efficiency-control fertilizer and a material cost and fertility management cost can be reduced.
