PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window facing frame capable of solving problem such as space, labor for fitting the window facing frame, poor show in appearance or the like caused by required fitting of a shelf board fixing member such as exclusive mullion, strut or the like in the conventional window facing frame fitting shelf having a position variable function. SOLUTION: A plurality of system holes 4 are provided to the insides of jambs of the window facing frame placed to a house opening section at specific intervals, and exclusive shelf holding members 5 are inserted into them. Since a shelf board is directly fitted and built in the window facing frame by sliding the shelf board 3 to insert so that insertion notch sections 6 provided to both sides of the shelf board are parallel with the shelf holding members 5, a shelf position can be changed as accasion demands even if the shelf board fixing member such as mullion, strut or the like is not fitted.
