PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize ON continuity loss in a H-shape bridge circuit which switches the direction of driving current blowing the Pertier components. SOLUTION: An input unit 17 detects temperature of Pertier components 15 and outputs a measured value. A controller 19 outputs PWM signals, which curbs a deviation between the measured value and a designated value. An oscillating unit 23 outputs pulse signals with short intervals. A transforming unit 21 transmits synthesis signals from the PWM signals and pulse signals from the primary part to the secondary part. A rectifying part 25 rectifies the output on the secondary part and generates switching signals regarding PWM signals. An H-shape bridge circuit 27 which combines four N channel MOS.FET transistors as H-shape switches the direction of driving current which flows to Pertier components by switching signals.
