PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting method by which image information can be transmitted by a mobile tool. SOLUTION: An image stored in the server 3 of the Internet is called onto the display 7 of a transmission side portable telephone set 1 and a prescribed transmission image A is generated, stored in the server 3 and delivered to a reception side portable telephone set 2 from the server 3. The transmission image A is generated by using the storage capacity of the server 3 and delivered from the server 3 so that image information is transmitted from the portable telephone set without increasing the storage capacity.
