METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ACCESSING INTELLIGENT NETWORK APPLICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a service logic program SLP in a network system implementing an arbitrary communication protocol and an optical connection mode used by an intelligent network. SOLUTION: A user in an operation system of an intelligent peripheral server (IP) can access a service application (SLP) of a connection peripheral server or other service application (SLP) on a remote server (SCP) of the intelligent network. The service application of the servers (IP and SCP) is developed by using a programming interface, and its handler meets each intelligent network protocol, in compliance with the ITU/ETSI standards, the BELLCORE standards, and the WIN standards via direct network communication between the remote server and the intelligent peripheral server or via a central switch (SSP) of an exchange telephone network to which phones are connected.
