PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a color picture tube device in which an optimum deflected magnetic field in corresponding with a color picture tube of a flat front panel and with a wider deflected degree, is easily realized, and an irregularity of erroneous convergence is controlled with a simple means to give a high functionality and a high quality. SOLUTION: Either a pair of vertical deflecting coils or a horizontal deflecting coil for a deflecting yoke, comprises a saddle coil, and at least either the vertical deflecting coils or the horizontal deflecting coils are divided into an internal coil and an external coil. A deflecting current flowed into at least either the internal coil or the external coil is separated through either a resister or an inductor. The resister or the inductor can control change of a current value.
