PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostatic oven which can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: A thermostatic oven 1 is constituted so that a circuit element 2 can be maintained in a prescribed temperature. A thermostatic block 4 houses and holds the circuit element 2 and an insulating material 3. A connecting means 8a is constituted as a set screw for connecting the thermostatic block 4 to a heating element 5 so that heat can be transmitted from the heating element 5 side to the thermostatic block 4 side. The connecting means 8b is constituted as a set screw for connecting the block 4 to a heating control element 6 so that heat can be transmitted from a heating control element 6 side to the block 4 side. The connecting means 8a and 8b are connected so that the block 4 can be interposed between the heating element 4 and the heating control element 6. As a result, it is not necessary to wind any heater wire around the block 4, and it is possible to improve the assembling work.
