PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a meter circuit in common providing function permitting a warning light to be switched on when it is checked whether core is broken down and to be switched off when idling is stopped without broadly varying constitution for any vehicle unloading a device of idling stop. SOLUTION: Normal-on type of a switching circuit Re is interposed in the circuit connecting the warning light for a brake LP2 and an L-terminal of an alternator TL and switched off condition of the warning light for the brake LP2 is made to maintain, when the idling is stopped, by off-actuating the switching circuit Re only when a signal of the idling stop is output from a control device 1 controlling an engine. For the vehicle unloading the device of the idling stop it is made to function as the meter circuit being the same as conventional by directly connecting the circuit interposing the switching circuit Re.
