PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate capable of securing high safety by preventing internal short circuit caused by breakage of a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery or the like, in addition to maintaining various performances of the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery.SOLUTION: In a laminate (10) formed by laminating a porous layer containing fine particles onto at least one surface of a porous film containing polyolefin as a main component, displacement in the thickness direction of the laminate (10) from dielectric breakdown to conduction of the laminate (10) is 20 μm or more and 200 μm or less, in a nailing conduction test for performing measurement by using a nail (2) of N50 specified by JIS A 5508 under a condition of falling speed of the nail (2) of 50 μm/min.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
