The invention relates to a transducer that is provided with a membrane, especially to an electroacoustic transducer with a membrane (4), such as particularly a microphone, a loudspeaker or a headset. The aim of the invention is to provide a transducer with a compact design, improved long-term stability and humidity resistance. To this end, the membrane (4) is at least partially produced from a semiconducting material. The membrane can thus fulfil functions in addition to its original mechanical function, for example, when amplifier elements (42) or other electronic components (43-47) are integrated on and/or in the membrane. The invention can be advantageously used in other transducers, for example in electrodynamic, electromagnetic or orthodynamic transducers and in sensors that comprise corresponding membranes. |
