摘要 The invention relates to a method and system for layered construction of three-dimensional objects from powdered material by repeated sequential application of powdered material and a suitable binding agent on a vertically movable worktop (2). The application is carried out by a device for applying powdered material (1) and a device for applying a binding agent (3). The two application devices (1 and 3) apply in two mutually perpendicular directions and in two horizontal planes, parallel to each other and to the worktop (2), whereby they apply in both directions when moving between their respective terminal positions. The application devices (1 and 3) move and, accordingly, apply with a different speed which is optimal for the respective process. The method and system find an application in the foundry industry for layered construction of complete sand molds and/or cores, with high accuracy directly from a computer three-dimensional model. They allow to shorten the production time of foundry equipment and increase its accuracy, as well as enable the creation of more complex shapes without using a physical model.
