PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly find leaked water having height of 2 to 3 mm from a floor and about 3 to 7 cm width and being circular, which is very difficult to find and detect, in the occurrence of water leakage, which damages the furniture, walls and floor of a room of a lower story where water leakage occurs though the amount of running water leaked to the room of lower story for a long period is small such as waterdrops in an apartment house. SOLUTION: A clipper 1 has rock salt fitted as its tip. When water is leaked, the rock salt 5 is collapsed and melted in one to three minutes in spite of a small amount of running water, a soldering plate 2 is adhered, electricity flows, and an alarm 6 makes an alarm to quickly find the water leakage.
