PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for an automatic vending machine which improves cycling property by performing assembling and disassembling operation efficiently and which holds comparatively good thermal insulation performance. SOLUTION: The casing 1 for the automatic vending machine consists of an outer box consisting of a top plate 16a, a bottom plate 16b, both of the side plates 16c and a back plate 16c, an inner box formed to be a little smaller than the box 16 and to have a form nearly similar to it, thermally insulated members 18 to 22 to be arranged at a top part, a bottom part, both of the side parts and the back part between the box 16 and the box 17, and seal members 23, 24 and 25 to be arranged at the connecting part of the respective members. The members 23, 24 and 25 consist of hard parts 23b, 24b, 25b and soft parts 23a, 24a and 25a provided in a projecting state and are attachable and detachable.
