Method for accessing chemical information on line using the Internet. At the time of first connection, once a user has filled in a generated registration form there is a first stage in which the user selects a client code. This first stage is then followed by a stage attributing to the user a randomly generated password. An already registered user can directly pose questions without the need to reregister, by using the client code and the password. The user has direct access to questions and to the responses by connecting to the Internet site by giving his client code and password, this ensures the confidentiality of the information. The response delay is between 60 minutes to 72 hours, or between 15 minutes to 48 hours where the answers to questions are known by the experts.
